Starbucks

This is a grande no iced. So really they drained the ice I had them remove because I asked for no ice. I asked them to remove the ice and they advised they “can’t do that” but ended up doing exactly that instead of just making the drink as I originally asked. I was a barista for a year. You do what the customer asks because they are paying for it. Not to mention the huff and puff I got for sending it back. That was Renee. I guess Abilenes got other coffee shops we’ll be checking out !

Nice new Starbucks. Staff is a bit slow but they were super helpful and friendly. Drinks were very good.

The staff here is nice but they're a bit slow. There's a specific girl the works there that can't seem to make a good iced shaken espresso. The first time, I could not take a third sip because the drink was too sweet. In recent times, she puts too much oatmilk. My drink shouldn't be as white as it is in the picture. Also, it's a shaken espresso...you have to shake it in the process of making it, I shouldn't have to stir it with my straw. They really need to read the steps while making the drinks...and pick up the pace please.

Passing through - needed a pit stop. Found all my usuals. Some inevitable staff training in progress. The store opened a few weeks ago.

Surprised to see a Starbucks in what seemed like the middle of nowhere until I realized that ACU was 10 minutes away. This Starbucks was clean both inside the store, and restaurants were super clean as well. They had a light, medium (Pike) and dark blend, plus a full menu of other drinks. In and out and back on the road and we didn't even have to order via the app to speed up the process. Nice.
