Had a rough morning and to change the trajectory of my day, decided to get a drink and go shopping a bit. I didn't catch the baristas name but she was wearing a mask and had colourful hair, she was so sweet and complimented my two tone hair too. I told her she made my day better, I hope she has a good day. She was so sweet. ❤️

We just had the best customer service experience through the driveway. I stopped coming to Starbucks for three months and today they win us back! We had the server Matthew, we were ordering three drinks. However, my husband wants to try something different. My husband asked, “Matthew what do you have new? Matthew was able to suggest a strong coffee with an extra shot of espresso. He was not rushing my husband and was so happy and we thought we were in Chick-fil-A. Wow, great customer service Matthew!

I recently visited a Starbucks for a notary appointment with a loan signing customer. My experience was not only productive but also quite enjoyable, making Starbucks an ideal spot for such meetings. Starbucks’ environment as a middle and neutral ground is perfect for professional meetings like notary appointments. The atmosphere is conducive to both business and casual interactions, offering a comfortable setting for discussions and transactions. While waiting for my client, I indulged in a cappuccino and a bacon/egg sandwich. The cappuccino was expertly made, with the right balance of coffee and milk foam, while the bacon/egg sandwich was delicious, providing a satisfying and quick meal option. Placed an order online and arrived to pick it up, the large iced shaken espresso was half full, I asked if that was supposed to be that way, and the lady said she would take care of it, she proceeded to just put more ice in the cup, why pay $7.00 for a coffee that is all ice??? Ive had this drink many times and it has never been like this, needless to say we will not be returning to this location. Paying that much for 1 coffee it better be coffee and not all ice, so disappointed in Starbucks! The picture attached is just to show all the ice that was put in to fill it up to the top after asking why the cup was half empty.

Waited 20 min for a coffee that was supposed to be ready in 3-7 min. Store empty, 3 employees. Ordered a shaken espresso with oatmeal milk, received milk with ice and foam.
