Starbucks

This place opened and everything was brand new so they had to find their way. The quality of the drinks is usually really good. At today’s visit the store was airconditioning cold while outside it was 20 degrees. Upon asking if the airconditioning was deliberately turned cold, two different co-workers, both responded individually: “I don’t know”. It’s sad because I really like their drive thru friendly staff, and a store experience like this just ruins it.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Good wifi, lots of power outlets, comfy benches, lots of light. I come here for work now and stay for a few hours at a time.

I looooove Starbucks but I rather go to Cranford just because of the staff. This place hires the worst non personable people. Where in Cranford they make you want to keep coming back! Starbucks do better because these folks need a happy pill 💊 Matbe they should drink the coffee 🤣

I normally love Starbucks, but today’s experience was awful. My brown sugar cortado was so watered down it tasted nothing like what I ordered. Completely undrinkable. Please train staff to make drinks properly this was a waste of money.

Using the drive through I ordered hot grande dark roast with a shot and cream. The coffee was unbearably hot and when I took off the top to pour some out the cup was filled to the rim burning my hand and spilling on my pants so I dropped the whole cup. Worst service ever. I feel I owed not only for the coffee but for my dry cleaning as well.
