Starbucks

As working with customer service unfortunately a lot of us are using the convenience of the app to order and make our time valuable when the employees do not care and take their sweet time and not only that when a coffee take over 15 minutes and I see the coffee seat in there They just told me to turn around again on the drive-through line because they didn’t wanna hold the line is very inconsiderate for working people. I know it’s only coffee, but the coffee is not the problem is the timing that should be considered for their customers. The blonde girl at the drive thru and the girl with green hair they need to be retrained ASAP

The service I just received was very unprofessional. I went here in high spirits and left feeling so disappointed.customer service is horrible!

I just came in to redeem my birthday reward and the barista had no clue how to make a simple iced latte with cold foam. First she just put regular black coffee in a cup until my boyfriend corrected her, then she remade it and forgot ice then she opened the lid with her hand on the mouth part and poured ice in getting coffee all over the cup, the 3rd and final time she remade it it looked like she did everything fine until I left the store after 15 mins and she put granulated sugar in my iced latte which I did not order. What makes it worse is her other 4 coworkers watching her and giggling instead of helping her out.

Was never a Starbucks person, but I gave it a try. Got the cookie crumble Frappuccino and it was amazing. One of the best drinks I had in a while went back. The next day first sip was OK. The rest of it was just plain and tasted like crushed ice went back the next day. It was the same thing never tasted like the first one I got.
