Starbucks

This is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. Staff was unfriendly from the beginning. They put my order in the mobile area and did not call out my name. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I walked up front and it was my two drinks but since they were mocha frappes they had already melted, and they only made my flat white after i got the frappes and asked about the flat white. When the girl up front saw me walking to the cashier, she told the other girl that she was not going to remake my drinks. I did just ask for a refund. The girl that got me up front did offer to remake them but only after she noticed I was upset.

really great staff always super friendly. The store is very neat very clean. They’ve really taken time to detail one of my favorite Starbucks Starbucks to stop and get a coffee. If you’re in the area stop in the Starbucks I guarantee you’ll be good they’re very consistent, very professional again. Restrooms are clean stores clean, need are in order and the employees are very nice and friendly.

Since when does a coffee shop KICK customers out of their restaurant for an employee meeting and suggest that there is seating outside (in 40 degree weather mind you)? While i understand that there was a sign on the door stating that there was going to be a meeting, there was no signage on tables stating that the tables were going to be needed. Next time for an employee meeting, just route everyone to the dang drive thru and lock your doors and don't suggest seating outside in the middle of winter.

The lady at the window didn’t even acknowledge me just gave me my food and closed the window on me after I said thank you. I think she had a puff ball? I’m not sure but terrible costumer service, great food!

The staff are very nice and enthusiastic. They always remember what I drink every time I come here. This is the cutest coffee shop I've ever been to.
