Starbucks

The staff is wonderful. They know me and the pup by name & always make my order right. They usually have a pup cup ready before I ask. The manager is awesome! He always says “Hi”, even when he is super busy. He takes care of his store and employees but even better care of his customers.

The cashier Angela was very rude and arrogant when she served us. She's providing a service she's paid for; she wasn't doing me any favors to justify that behavior. After serving us, she continued with the same rude behavior toward other customers. Starbucks should hire staff who know how to provide good customer service.

I love it here! It’s my go-to spot to chill, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I’m obsessed with their caramel macchiatos and pink drinks — I always get those! The food is always good, and I’ve never had any issues. The service is great too. When I come in the mornings, I know it gets super busy, but the staff still keeps a positive attitude. Even if they didn’t, I’d totally understand — they handle a lot of customers and move fast. Definitely love this location more than the one inside Albertsons!

So I went today around 5:30pm ish - 6pm my custom ice coffee drink was perfect today. But last week 11/28 around 10am and 11/2 around 6pm my drink were horrible on the 28 my ice coffee tasted like tea and I got a trenta so yea I was mad not only did I order thru the app I still had to wait and additional 15-20 min when the app said my order was ready I couldn’t go back due to I had class. On the 2nd I decided to switch it up and got a frappe it tasted nothing but chocolate. So what ever crew they had today needs to stay like and they need a raise

11/15/24 Friday 11:12 at this location a short girl with glasses has the most nasty attitude, we waited our mobile order for at least 1 hour 20 minutes, the apple crisp smell like a mop haven’t been washed for days, mocha frap has some weird color doesn’t look like the ones I usually get. I understand you guys are busy but with your nasty attitude no one would want to come
