Starbucks

The workers here are quite friendly. The drinks are well made and always served with a smile regardless of how busy they are. Many plaques on the wall to honor the local military. The large couch in the center is awesome and they have outdoor seating. Toilets are clean and for all genders.

I guess inputting what we ask for is difficult cause the man taking the orders at the drive thru was very snotty and passive aggressive. Yes, I get this order every day. Its 4 buttons. If you dont like working at starbucks, dont work there. Im passing thru. Lived all over the world and got this drink everywhere, every day. Ive never heard someone so irritated to be at work.

The Starbucks in Alamogordo has been exceptional. The staff have been extremely kind and genuinely care about people. They have made a big difference in lifting my spirits and making my day better than it was or could have been. They have often been a good reminder to me about how much difference a little kindness can make. Thank you!

This place is the reason Starbucks is not doing well! Service people were not friendly or helpful. I ordered a small latte and a large lemonade green tea which was never made. Received the small latte and then stood around waiting on the tea for 20 minutes when I asked about it, the girl told me it was being made and I continued to wait another 10 minutes and asked again and was told again that it was being worked on , which it was not, as I could see what they were working on. I never received the large tea. People that ordered behind me picked up their orders before mine. They offered no restitution and I was ignored and dismissed by the staff. I used to love Starbucks but unfortunately it is being run like a McDonalds now.

Love this Starbucks! Starbucks dedicated this location to the veterans and their families. Thank you, Starbucks for creating a space for veterans like myself and our families. I sincerely hope to see more of these in the future. Stopped at the Starbucks this morning while traveling through town. Grabbed a Frappuccino and a danish and it was delivered hot and fresh. Store staff were super friendly and professional.
