Star Ginger

Orange chicken is the only menu during the last 30 minutes or so before closing time. Full menu only available at certain times of the day. Pho not authentic at all, but the taste is okay with their ginger broth. Service other than serving the food into the bowl and at the counter, almost nonexistent. Usually minimal conversation. Within the de Moss student center, so the convenience factor is at large the reason to go here. I might get some other menu, but they are closed on weekends, full menu is usually never available in the evenings, so pretty difficult to try other menus. Flames cash discount is nice bonus.

The service was great. They had only a small portion of the Thai BBQ so they gave me a second meat rather than a smaller portion. The on-campus environment is lively and busy. Food quality was as expected - variety was good.

I got the curry chicken on brown rice with green beans on top. The chicken was all but grey, and the whole order tasted the way an unkept Horse Barn smells, and smelled just as bad. I threw it away, as I could not eat it and none of my friends could handle the awful smell radiating from it. $10 that I wasted. I will never be reccomending this place to any student, faculty, etc. Don't waste your time or money.

While I can't attest for everything on this menu, Star Ginger is an excellent choice for dining on campus if you're using a student mean plan and, as a vegan, the tofu is quite phenomenal.
