We came at one of the coldest day in Florida (Jan 2026) so the line was almost non-existent. However, in speaking with locals who were here before us, it would had been packed to the door on a good weather day. So def make sure to come here early and grab a number while you wait in line! Now the food. Oh my gosh, it was some of the most delicious seafood we had in the area. The grouper sandwich was “ON POINT”, and the crab cake is out of this world. Perfectly cooked, lightly browned and packed with flavor. We end up also ordering a dozen of the oyster - exceptional quality! Do note that this place is cash only. While they do have an ATM inside, it does charge a $1.75 withdraw fee. Overall a must-visit place in my opinion! Hope to visit again soon!

Incredibly fresh seafood - well prepared and worth the wait. Cash only. You can get there before it opens and take a number for a guaranteed position in line - after it opens no numbers are taken - you just get in line and wait - the sign says you’ll be in line for an hour and that’s likely to be accurate (could be longer). You could also luck out and snag a bar seat - which does not require waiting in line to order. There are pelicans on the dock for entertainment. If you have another person with you, I recommend that you send them to the drink line so you can grab a beverage while you wait. Enjoy the weather and the experience. I highly recommend this spot over others in the area - it deserves higher ratings than what it has. Everything was great - the only thing we wouldn’t order again

Worth the wait. You wait in line to order. No need to grab a table while you’re in line. It flows perfectly. It’s cash only but they have an ATM with $1.50 fee. Now about the food. Fresh and delicious. The seafood chowder was like stew there was so much seafood. Scallops, crawfish, and big chunks of some kind of fish. Maybe swordfish. It’s in a red sauce and you get it when you place your order. Once your order is placed, the food comes out pretty quick. I had clam strips that were nice and sweet. I ordered the large portion but would have been fine with the smaller even though I ate it all. It came with 2 hush puppies and Coleslaw and I picked fries for my side. My husband had grouper tacos. He said they were really good. They don’t come with hush puppies or coleslaw. I gave him some of

What an experience! We waited in line for about an hour, but made new friends with those waiting with us. Food was wonderful. Fresh seafood, right on the water. You can get a drink while you wait. Food came out quickly. Seating is all outside.

We had a great meal today at Star fish / dockside! We had the crab cakes, scallops and sautéed shrimp. We each ordered the light portions which was just the right amount of food! The hush puppies were also a nice added touch (and SO GOOD). To wrap up our meal, we had key lime pie for dessert which was so delicious. To note - the restaurant is cash only so make sure you’ve got cash on hand. If not, they have an ATM inside to use in case you forget. Would definitely come back here again!
