Whenever we travel somewhere, we always hope to find a hidden gem of a place like this. We came to Crossville for a wedding and I spotted this little spot. We got lucky, they take reservations but they have a few tables for those, like us, that wander in. We were greeted by a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Jeffrey. I got excited when I read the menu and saw that the dishes seemed authentic. For me, the carbonara is one dish that will tell you if the food is authentic or not. It was fantastic. Everything was well balanced with flavor. The salad was perfectly tangy and carefully assembled, from the way the lettuce was chopped to the small additions like radish that made the flavors pop. The bread was so obviously hand made and perfectly chewy. The fig and pear crumble was delicate and

1st time visit for lunch. Food was good but slightly different in taste (not a bad thing IMO). Staff was great. Quiet and clean. Can be pricy depending on what one orders. Tables for two are too small with drink menus taking up too much space (plenty of other seating was available as we were the only customers at the time). The table we were seated at was made for outside with a umbrella top having a plugged hole in the center under a table cloth, this was almost a big issue as any beverage glass set down on the edge of that hole/plug would not sit flat and mine nearly spilled, table felt like we were in a walkway. Also cold in there, wife needed her coat from the car before our food arrived. Parking lot was dirt/gravel so if it's raining and you want to keep your car clean maybe wa

I would like to give this establishment ZERO stars if it would let me 20 mins to get drinks (sodas and tea) 45 mins to get an appetizer 2 hours waiting for a cheese pizza we never got. Service was awful Jeremiah had no clue what was going on with our food. Gave me a BS story how busy they were. Empty tables and in Upper level. Take.out ouzzas going out left and right. The girl with the glass rolled her eyes at me and still charged us for the drinks and appetizer after 2 HOURS of waiting. Will absolutely never go back nor recommend this place to anyone in Crossville.

First time here. Absolutely amazing place. The vegan/vegetarian options where great lots to choose from. Had the Veggie grinder on ciabatta bread with vegan smoked gouda, it was out of the world grilled to perfection just the right amount of veggies and sauce on it. I will be returning. It's so hard to find quality vegan food in the area. This is a must try place. The Cooks and servers were so helpful. Thanks for a great dinning actspaiance.

Went for lunch and ordered a white pizza that was on the menu and asked to add chicken. The waitress said "she won't do that " referring to the owner/cook. She continued to say "she's very Italian and she won't put chicken on a pizza". "People ask all the time and she won't do it, but I can ask ". I replied are you kidding, yes ask". She proceeded to walk into the kitchen. From the dining room we could hear the cook yell, "NO, NO WAY". The waitress returned and I just said I dont think we want to eat here. We got up, my friend yelled a few choice words loud enough for the cook to hear and went to a restaurant who treats paying customers like valued guests. It wont be long and the Stagecoach owner will be sitting alone while all the guests she refused to serve chicken on pizza to will
