Stafford House

Had a nice relaxing stay here with my husband. Donna was attentive and the room was cozy. Having a sauna and jacuzzi in there was a nice touch. I liked how close it was to restaurants. The breakfast was great and I liked that we got both waffles and chocolate chip pancakes during our weekend stay.

We chose Stafford House for the walkability to our favorite Irish pub in Fairfax. We loved the spacious suite, the relaxing sauna, jacuzzi, and convenient shower. The hostess communicated well, asked about preferences and dietary restrictions and left us to ourselves to check-in and get comfortable. A delicious breakfast of Belgian waffles, sausage, and fruit were delivered to our room. Donna hit all the details, nothing was missing! Plenty of towels, in-room fridge, bottled water, coffee, labels for everything - including the remote controls for the fireplace candles and Christmas tree lights.

😊: Wonderful host, beautiful house and a very nice breakfast. Last but not least, the neighbourhood is quiet, beautiful and with very good restaurants !.

Wonderful breakfasts delivered to your room between 7AM & 9AM. Peaceful. Warm & welcoming. Host Donna is delightful. As a longtime innkeeper, she is comfortable with guests & has thought of everything to ensure guest needs or wants are addressed, stress-free. Wonderful inn!

Stayed here ahead of my own residency. What a fantastic experience. From easy booking and simple check in, to being greeted when I first arrived… my stay was relaxing, refreshing and everything I hoped for and more. It was surprisingly quiet as this home withstands and seems to block out all the noise near a busy street. The bed was so comfortable, food was absolutely delicious, and the home is immaculate. She accommodated my dietary needs and was always available to help me even when I mistakingly locked myself out of my room. I felt welcomed and she is a spectacular host and so sweet and kind. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it in the future. Check out is simple…. Just leave after placing the keys on the table in your room. I couldn’t ask for a more simple, relaxed
