Tried the tuna here and the sandwich was massive which is lovely. It had a nice crunch to it with the chips inside. Service was friendly. Nice neighborhood spot.
This is a place where vegetarians, non vegetarians, and vegans can all get something. And it's all really good. The egg salad and Californian were both delish. My only critique is to add more egg salad but I also just really like egg salad. I'm genuinely excited to go back and try more of the menu. This may be my favorite sandwich shop so far. I def recommend!!!
Update: I asked kindly for no tomatoes. I got tomatoes. It's literally the only other detail on the receipt other than the actual sandwich order. I hope this is just a one time thing. Stacked Sandwich Shop is a standout destination for anyone looking to elevate their sandwich game. I tried their Thanksgiving-inspired sandwich, which perfectly captured the flavors of a classic Thanksgiving dinner in sandwich form. It was absolutely delicious and a testament to their creativity and quality ingredients. One notable tip: you don’t have to opt for their Stacked variation unless you’re planning to have leftovers! The regular size is plenty for one person, but if you go for the Stacked option, you’ll have enough for another meal later. The shop itself is clean, with a welcoming and warm staff
The place is a hole in the wall with no seating but that’s usually an indication that the food will be delicious and that was the case here. I got the meatball sub because it’s easy to throw some cold cuts on a sandwich and I wanted to see how good their meatballs were. The sub was very good and the hand held quesadilla s’mores was delicious too. The only reason why I’m taking off a star is because the women working the register didn’t allow me to finish entering my email in order to gain points for my order. For those who don’t know, every $100 you spend you get $10 back. For signing up for rewards you automatically get 25 points and I spend over $30 which would mean I would be over half way to getting a reward. She assured me that I would be able to add points later but after checking th
Large selection of vegan sandwiches and much better than that of local bodegas. As far as a sandwich shop, the menu is deep and the sandwiches are filled with (alternative) meat. Price makes sense considering size of the sandwiches and location on Austin Street. Definitely would go here for a sandwich versus similar sandwich shops on Austin.
