Customer Reviews
Super helpful, friendly staff. Bright, clean space. Great resources, like free scanning. $5 printing credit each month really helps. Appreciate the great staff for their helpfulness!
Visited the library today for the first time . If you are looking for the library that is closest to St. Louis airport this is about 5 min drive . My husband was able to go the airport and I was able to spend a few enjoyable hours here . Wonderful resource . Clean bathrooms. Vending machine on site . Standing and sitting desks for computers .
Easy access, plenty of parking, including disabled. Helpful librarians. Huge library. Ability to have books transferred from other St Louis county library branches to here. Computers available. Regular event for both adults and children. Huge children's area. Quite space.
I was hopeful about using this library as a college student, especially since it is just 10 minutes from my campus and my on-campus library is currently closed. I stopped by to study for my finals, which are this week, and to use the computers to access my course materials. After explaining that I am an out-of-state student and showing my proof of residence at my college, two staff members initially told me I could get a library card. They took ALL of my information, including my driver’s license. However, AFTER collecting everything, one of them called the manager and informed me that I could not register for a library card after all, since my college is in “St. Charles County” and this is a “St. Louis County” library. One of the ladies told me that I was not able to use the computers o
Awesome library since the renovation. There are plenty of outlets for portable wifi devices. Some libraries can get quite noisey. This one seems to remain mostly quite. Definitely more quite then a typical Starbucks. The staff are helpful.
