Squisito Pizza and Pasta - Queenstown

This is a casual counter service restaurant located in the outlets. It was a nice change from the usual fast food places! The pizza and salad were very good, but the tiramisu was still frozen.

It's road trip pizza. So it's not bad. It's mass produced. Will definitely stop there again if im ever headed to Ocean City. Do love how they cater to the Spanish speaking community members. Cause it's the first Italian restaurant I've been in with clearly Mexican flare.

I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service we experienced. My husband and I stood waiting at the counter while three employees were present, yet not one of them acknowledged us. Instead of greeting customers or offering assistance, all three workers were on their phones, completely disengaged and uninterested in doing their jobs. Being ignored is unacceptable. A simple greeting or “we’ll be right with you” would have shown basic professionalism and respect. Customers should never feel invisible while employees scroll on their phones. Poor service like this reflects badly on the business and drives customers away. We felt unwelcome and unvalued, and after this experience, we will not be returning. Never again. As a local real estate professional, my job takes me all over DC, VA, and MD. I enjoy simple, good food, and I’ve got to say, this place is amazing! For just $9, I got a medium spaghetti—super delicious—and some garlic bread. I hadn’t had time for breakfast or lunch, so I was pretty hungry. Let me tell you, the food was so good that I finished the entire plate!

This place must be the most disgusting Squisito I’ve ever step foot into. Their slice pizza’s are all old looking, cheese looks like dried out and old as if the pizza has been sitting there for hours. I ask for 2 slices of pepperoni, the lady pulls a cheese pizza out from under the counter then pulls a plastic container that you would get if you had leftovers not a commercial food container with pepperoni in there and wants to give old cheese pizza and add pepperoni that where not pulled from a refrigerator either. Who knows how long they have been sitting there. When I question how long the pizza has been sitting there. She responds you want me to make you a whole pizza. No thank you!
