Stopped by for a quick bite during Happy Hour and ended up staying for dinner. Not just a breakfast place!!! Staff was very friendly and food was great. If you are in the mood for an easy quick dinner that is good, this is a great place!

This is a great little spot, a little off the main intersection but well worth the detour. In our opinion, these are the freshest and best pastries on the island! Great flavor combinations, warm and fresh, and nice portion size. Guava + cream cheese 👍👍; apple croissant🍎 🥐 —> both were delicious! We also had an iced caramel latte, which had great coffee along with the caramel; the bacon breakfast croissant which had salty thick bacon, and of course the avocado toast, which was loaded with fresh tomatoes and pickled onions. Delicious! We hope to come back soon.

Sprout Momma is a true Hilton Head treasure! The breads and pastries are fresh, flavorful, and made with so much love. The cinnamon roll is hands-down the best on the island. The staff works hard to prepare every masterpiece, so give them a little time—it’s always worth the wait. Kim, the owner, pours her heart into everything here, and you can feel her passion in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This spot is legit. I walked in thinking I’d grab something simple. You know, responsible adult behavior. That lasted about 12 seconds. I ended up with: A bacon, egg, and cheese croissant that was so good it felt illegal. The croissant had that perfect crisp outer shell, soft buttery interior, bacon cooked right, eggs fluffy, cheese melted like it understood its purpose in life. For anybody else… The portion would even be shareable! French toast that tasted like someone actually cares about French toast. Not just “dip it and flip it.” This was rich, golden, slightly caramelized, the kind that makes you stop talking mid-sentence. And the avocado toast? Not an afterthought. Balanced. Fresh. Real flavor. Not just smashed green paste on bread… had a fried egg and a type of breakfast salad…

Nice little bakery and breakfast nook. Entrees were hand made to order. Service was friendly. Had to take a really good looking peach and blueberry croissant home for later.
