I just visited this location and it did not disappoint! First of all, Patrick who was behind the counter was so patient and kind. Eventually I ordered and it was a wholesome and hearty chili tofu noodle bowl! The space was clean and quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there.

After a full week in New York—navigating a minefield of processed indulgences, seed oils, and dopamine-loaded distractions—Springbone wasn’t just a meal. It was a realignment. I walked in at the tail end of a 24-hour fast, gut inflamed, spine tense, and nervous system fried. What I found was clean fire—real food engineered for recovery, regeneration, and performance. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Bowl and the New Roots Beef Bone Broth. Ordered the honey Dijon salmon bowl and this is what I got. The man helping me was extremely rude from start to finish and this portion is unacceptable for $18. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before via uber eats and the food has been great but the in person experience was awful.

DELICIOUS ! Everything gluten free! We spent about $39 for two people including a drink. My kid got: Bone Broth with chicken, veggies, hot sauce and immunity mix. FABULOUS! Mine was Grandma's chicken with rice (roasted carrots & veggies) Yummy! Wish I'd gotten the bone broth to add to the chicken, one trial of that was heavenly. It was a bit dry without the hot sauce added, I got that on the side but adding it made it amazing. Leftovers for 3 of us as a hearty snack later, 2 who hadn't been there, everyone really enjoyed it. And those 2 are picky. Two workers there extremely nice. One spoke English pretty well, though we had a small misunderstanding in the order, I caught it. No big deal. Today I decided to try Springbone for the first time and the food was delicious and fresh and the customer service experience was amazing. A kind employee named Earl took my order and gave me great recommendations for my bowl which I greatly appreciate as I was not familiar with the options! As someone with food sensitivities and hoping to eat healthier the service and quality I received at this Springbone was very meaningful. I will definitely be returning!
