Horrible library to study in. The people at the front desk don't understand what it means to be quite. People bring thier children in and it's very loud. Library's are for learning and studying and in order to do that you do need the right environment especially if you are a graduate student studying for a serious exam. Dont bother going to Royersford either. For people like myself I guess it will be , wait until my roommates are out of the house and study then or find another place. I thought this library would be convenient unfortunately I was wrong. No local library's in this area to study and I am not driving to the Chester County library where being quite is enforced . It's to far of a drive in this type of weather currently. Trust me don't go here if you have any school work to ge
Skye loves the library we've been going since she was three weeks old, block party, mommy and me and the zoo events are a few favorite things to do there they always have activities for all ages and great book selection
I feel very sad to share this. Since we moved to this area, my son has been loving spending time at the library. He is an avid reader. Today, we left the library with a very uncomfortable feeling, after him being adressed and ashamed by one of the ladies who works there, that I have never seen before. This lady came close to us, while my son was looking at books and she started saying to me and him especially, that last time he left everything in a big mess, that took her hours to put back the books in their proper spot. First of all, my son has sensory issues, and he is very sensitive and emotional. He felt ashamed and guilty immediately. He was frozen, staring at her. I do not recollect him leaving the space a mess, not even a single time, and he is pretty good by leaving books where he
The library is clean and pleasant inside. It is very small and I found it to be very loud during my visit on a Saturday. Not a good place to study.
Of course it's a tiny place because Spring City is a tiny City but the people there make it absolutely atrocious. Nonchalantly rolling up at 10:15 when the library is supposed to open up at 10:00. Then asking me to wait another two or three minutes while they open. Then to top it off, the one lady was rude to me because I suggested that they come earlier so they can open up on time. Now I know some people don't care but others might have a schedule they got to keep and places they got to be, the last thing that should be delaying that is a public free library.
