Spiro Public Library

Can NOT believe this place! I been here before like early last year and the lady that was here was super sweet and helpful with my print out so decided to use them again but today there was this woman here with like 5 kids hogging ALL THE COMPUTERS to play a FPS game!! Being super loud and disruptive i tought this was a library? Not an arcade the woman running this place is clearly taking advantage of the set up to use it for her babysitting meanwhile us customers cant even come use a computer i feel so bad if someone was a college student needing to study this is,so bad and ubeliavable i left here dusgusted she made me a card to not be able to give me a computer what a joke

I was at Spiro library two days ago. While the librarian is very sweet and soft spoken, she left me four times to wait on other people and made my visit last twice as long. First it was for a phone call that she said was the BIG boss, which I would think the BIG boss would want her to put her on hold while she waits on a customer, and not sit on a 15-minute phone call saying how much she just is enjoying her job because business is picking up, and she's doing do much in the way of getting craft bags and books out.. Then someone from her newspaper walked in, she left me a second time to have a chat with him. Then I have 10 minutes left on my computer time, I'm trying to pay for my prints, and scan an email back to the computer, three people walk in looking for information on the histor

Always a very welcoming and homey place to sit and read or chit chat with other guests who visit! a very positive and bright energy and an amazing place for your kids to have fun and read!

Above and beyond guidance from staff. Friendly, courteous and pleasant help in every way.
