Spencer Pizza

Ordered from this Spencer’s by accident when I mean to order from the one in Abington. When I realized and called the owner got on the phone was very rude and told me he would not refund me. He said he already made the food which I understand but it was an honest mistake. I know how restaurants work he’s either going to sell that pizza to the next person who orders it or the staff is gonna eat it it’s not going to get thrown away. Wish I could give zero stars

This place used to be really good I'm not sure what happened. Must have gotten bought out and new owners are lazy and don't care. I get a steak and cheese and the cheese is not only not melted but never was- steak is dry and looks like dog food. The "Homemade wrap" now looks like they buy one out of a bag then dont even toast the outside. Place isn't what it used to be, wouldn't feed it to my dog.

My kids and I Love Spencer House of Pizza!!! The cheese pizza is great, and the crust is really good. Also, their onion rings are delicious, and sooo crunchy.

Normally i wouldnt have hesitated to give a 5 star, however i feel its only a 4 star as of lately. My order is starting to not be how i ordered it. My nephew likes his burgers plain, nothing on it. I get his order with lettuce onion tomatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise AND mustard on it. This order from just tonight, i ordered an italian grinder cold, no mayonnaise and NO tomatoes........wth is this? Tomatoes on my grinder!!!!!
