Customer Reviews
got a vegan sandwich and the spectro-ade, sandwich was kale, chickpeas, carrots, and red onion with a lemony caper dressing on delicious fresh ciabatta. staff were lovely, the sandwich was pre-made so it was ready immediately. I wish there had been a bit more carrot and chickpea but was so thrilled to have a great vegan option at the beach! Long love Spectro
What a delightful spot! Can’t believe I’ve been going to Jacob Riis and never ventured down to this area. Get the Vegan sandwich - the dressing brought it together and it was so delicious!
Meh service, no one called out my name to pick up my order yet I was standing by the window (+ gaslit into believing they did) Hard cold fries, Great cheeseburger and sauce, a little overboard with the pickles. Considerably overpriced. And they will stare at you if you don’t tip on top of the overpriced burger for a to go order. Good enough spot if you forgot to bring your own food.
The service was a little chaotic, they got my name wrong, but in the end I got my food. The food was really good (I got the grilled cheese and french fries, definitely get the fries), I loved all their NA drink options, unfortunately I got there right when they ran out of watermelon juice
Cheeseburger ($14): Tasted fresh. Sauce, cheese, pickles and onion combination worked, but patty is a little on the drier side. Fries ($6): Skinny fries, which is what I prefer. Not bad, as not too soggy or salty. A little pricey for beach food.
