A blonde brownie and a peach soda. All pastries and cakes are homemade by the owner, even the chicken salad and pimento cheese and will leave your mouth watering and going back for more! The owners son, Gus, who is 8, can whip up a mean flavored coffee of his own creation like there is no tomorrow and he does this often. He is referred to as the boss of this establishment. He is an old soul yet maintains his innocent charm with freckles scattered across his nose. He has been known to pick out and ring up his own merchandise. It is so obvious those two are close and love each other very much. You may think he can get away with anything, but he is grounded, smart, funny, charming, personable and polite, yet maintains a whitty, playful youth. I think he will grow to be your quintessential,

Such a wonderful addition to downtown Sparta. The coffee was amazing, staff very friendly, and a cute little shop with locally made items. If you are passing through Sparta or visiting, make sure to stop in for a cup of coffee and shopping.

What a wonderful addition to Sparta! This new little coffee shop is exactly what downtown needed… a warm, welcoming spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee and support local business. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly. You can really feel their passion for bringing new life to the community. Sparta has faced a lot of challenges over the years, and it’s inspiring to see businesses like this helping to bring people together and breathe new energy into town. I highly recommend stopping by for a cup (or two!). It’s a small but meaningful step toward a brighter future for Sparta.
