Sparky's Garage Dillon

This place brightened up our day after a long hunt. The service was friendly, kind and quick. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a gluten free jalapeño burger with fries. My brother ordered a Swiss Burger with fries and my other family member ordered warm fresh bowl of Chili. Boy did it smell delicious! The restaurant had cool automotive decor and a warm atmosphere. They also had a couple of tvs so nobody would miss a football game.

I’m from GEORGIA… Highly impressed with this spot in Dillon Montana… Designed like the inside of an ole Garage…. Beautiful neon signs…. Old cars located inside the restaurant. Very attentive server… Cool place with character. Melisa was a very attentive waitress ..

Our server was great, food was great, atmosphere was amazing! We ordered the loaded nachos with grilled chicken- YUM. Followed by a mushroom burger with fries for my dad and fried chicken with mashed potatoes for me. Everything was phenomenal! Also spotted a pretty Magpie bird on the way in.

On our way home, we stopped here for lunch. I ordered the brisket platter- texture of the brisket was great and sauce was great, but could have been more seasoned. Corn bread was great. Side of beans just Ok. French onion was very flavorable-would order it again. Korean Ribs weren't bad, but we wouldn't order them again as they were just OK and there were other items on the menu we would try instead. Also, just Ok. Service was good. Atmosphere was fun as we were seated in the bed of a vintage looking pickup truck. I would stop in again as the menu had good selection for a variety of tastes.

We were on our way home from dropping my daughter off at college. My parents had stopped years ago & dad asked us to stop for some to go. Not pictured. All I have to say is 👏 AMAZING. He got dry rub ribs to go with a bottle of the honey BBQ & reg BBQ. Friend had the jambalaya which was fresh and had so much flavor. I did a simple boneless with regular wing so I'd have left overs. Ate on those for a couple days. Great each time. Huge portions for the prices. Will be stopping by each time we drove to college now lol. Thanks Sparkys, we now have a great stop to look forward to.
