I got a couple quotes from Matt, called back a two weeks later and bought a unit. The wrong unit was pulled, complete accident. I called Matt the next morning and explained the issue. Without hesitation Matt had the correct unit delivered to me 1.5 hours away. I could not ask for more. They made it right in my opinion.

Matthew, come on, man. I have been trying to do business with you for months. You respond to my emails with, "I am working on your quote", and then silence. You respond to my calls with, "I will follow up with you", and then silence. March of this year is when I started trying to place this order. What did it take? Calling in until we got someone other than Matthew. Yolanda was actually able to do her job. We requested a quote for a large quantity of specialty product (several thousand $) and she had it in our inboxes within minutes. None of this, "wait until tomorrow", or "I will have to call the supplier" B.S. And this was after three months of Matthew giving me the runaround. Thanks, Yolanda. Brandon was great! Gave me all of the information I needed and advised me not only on the size of the equipment based on my projections, but also on what I would need to meet health inspection requirements. I'll definitely be ordering my equipment from them this month as soon as I sign my lease and have a place to deliver it to!

Such a great company. From the owner all the way down to the install employees. Very professional and attentive. I recommend Southwest to all my industry friends. They will be doing all of our future concepts.
