I called the office and had the unfortunate luck of speaking to a case worker named Cindy. I was looking for some clarification on the court order from my divorce and Cindy repeatedly cut me off saying “call a lawyer, I can’t offer legal advice”. I wasn’t asking for legal advice, and I tried to explain that. The next day I got a call from a different case worker and she was extremely helpful and answered the question that Cindy wasn’t willing to. My 1-star review is not to reflect the office, but rather one employee with a bad attitude that gives the entire office a bad name. Hopefully no one else has to interact with Cindy.

Private company who does the strong arm theft for the state of Minnesota! Title 4 Section D for every dollar collected in child support they collect a dollar from the federal government, in turn they incentivize broken homes and want one parent paying as much as absolutely possible, this is a government sanctioned racketeering ring run by the worst people in the state, literally millions in their public coffers and they do very little for the community.

Treated like I was stupid although the intake person on 8/20/2020 didn't understand multiple pieces of information I was telling her. She was rude, combative and condescending. Clearly she did not like what she does.

I have to go through them for insurance, but every time I speak with them they are so rude! Sorry if you have to deal with them!

Tried calling a social worker, phone rings then get busy signal. Called another worker and left message to call me and never called back, they need guidance and help.
