Please like and follow if you found my review or photos helpful! First time here and it had a very clean appearance. The employee behind the counter helped me quickly as I walked in. The owner was kind as well. I felt like I left with a good deal and will definitely be back in the near future.

Reasonable selection of fish and seafood at a fair price. This is a traditional fish market and looks and smells like it. It’s not the fish counter at Publix, so if the smell of fresh fish on ice bothers you then don’t stop. If you can get past that then you’ll be glad you stopped in. They will steam your selections for you while you wait if you want them to.

Very friendly workers welcoming you into a very clean place that has all of the seasonal fish you can handle. Very reasonable prices and fresh fish. This place takes pride in what they do so that you know you will have a quality meal. Keep it up valdosta!!! We need more places like this.

I was on vacation from Florida, I pass thru Valdosta frequently as a Truck Driver, a few weeks ago I heard advertisement for Southside Fishery on the radio so I was planning to vacation the anyways so I took the opportunity to visit Southside Fishery Fish Market. Love the prices, service & friendly folks there ✊🏾

I always buy my crab legs here taste so much better than from the grocery store and prices are very comparable to their prices have also bought their fresh oysters and shrimp- Have never been disappointed with anything from there. Only reason for 4 stars is they don't always have clams and oysters Which is okay with me since I want my seafood fresh
