If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!! this place ONLY SERVES NATIVE AMERICANS! nowhere on the internet when you pull uo pharmacies in the area does it say anything about only serving native Americans. They turned us away saying there was no way they were able to serve us because we basically are Caucasian not REGISTERED native American. When you are the ONLY pharmacy in the area it should DEFINITELY be something that you make easily known so that people don't waste their time and be delayed in receiving their medication by an entire day! Staff wasn't all that nice about it either and my husband stood there at the walk up window(only way to talk with pharmacy) for a while before someone came over and Noone would answer the phone after 6 calls back to back.

I've never met a kinder healthcare worker than Cindy in Audiology. She has gone far out of her way to help me get hearing aids. And every staff member has been friendly and helpful. I'm extremely grateful.

Despite being an IHS operation, they claimed they couldn't get our files quick enough for my wife and her sister(both native) to be seen, then they denied them access to the building due to their strep symptoms. If you hate helping native americans, don't claim to be an IHS organization. Inexcusable and heartless.

My daughter had a dental emergency. She was unable to be seen. I know most places will keep slots open for emergencies. But she was not able to be seen or even be given a date to be seen. The woman said they will call for a open date but never called and when I called to see if the app was open she told me it was but said the dentist thinks it would be best if my kids were seen by a dentist that takes Medicaid?

This health clinic sucks. They were rude to my wife stating that she wasn’t Native American they lost her papers three times in the whole year never again will I come here plus the big lady that works up front with long hair has poor customer service very rude. She needs to be replaced.
