Our favorite pizza stop on the island! Always delicious with fresh ingredients. They have a good dough recipe 😋 make sure to try all the different kinds, they have a great menu to choose from. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to get a smashed penny for nostalgia!

We were here for ‘National Pizza Day’ Feb. 9, 2026. Cold day, hot pizza. Once again, we both agree that they have the BEST pizza in the OBX. Crisp crust, fresh ingredients, perfect amount of sauce. Love Southern Shores Pizza!

Sometimes, when you see a delicious pizza, you know it's gonna be good even without tasting it! That was our experience at this pizza place. We've just arrived in the Outer Banks area, and was hungry for dinner. We're glad to pick this location. They offered several specialty pizzas, as well as pick your own toppings. Besides pizzas, subs and salads are also part of their menu. But if you stop here, their NY Style pizza is simply outstanding! You'll get plenty of toppings and cheese, along with a crispy thin crust that's done just right. Plenty of seating in the dining area. And the staff was attentive and helpful. This will be a regular stop for us.

We stopped by during our adventures exploring the coast and were pleasantly surprised with the deliciousness of their pizza and friendly staff. We saved the pizza in a cooler to have on our drive back home! Highly recommend! Yum!

This was our last meal on the road trip back to reality, and it was a great one. The restaurant is really nice. Seating area was clean. My Philly and fries were amazing. The others got two pizzas, and they liked it as well. Great local spot.
