I just completed a self defense class taught by Craig Moran. I found it to most helpful and enlightening. Mr. Moran is professional and knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. He takes the time remind his students that we need to remember to be aware of our surroundings. He shows us how to escape, that fighting is not the way unless all else fails. He did a good job of keeping it moving at a good pace without leaving something out. All in all, I rate it a 10!

Easy to find, Liz is always amazing (and extremely busy) but always attends to your questions, inquiries, concerns. Etc.... I've gone here for food handlers card, my child's immunizations, and (when it was still available) copies/print out of mine & my family's birth certificates. Always a hassle-free experience.
