Southern Maid Donuts

Love this donut spot, super close to 69 omw to work. I love the croissant kolaches def rec so cheesy, the croissant is soft & flaky. They sell out of those quickly. I def prefer this place OVER Shipleys. The donut holes are also the softest & perfect amount of glaze/sweetness. They also have cappuccinos too that are super yummy !

I'm from the area and I have a lot of fond memories of coming here then to the library across the street. The flavors definitely hold up, and it's not just nostalgia. I will say the mango smoothie is a little bit blander than I expected, but I definitely see how the milder flavor than I'm used to can appeal to others.

The owner Tom is really passionate about his establishment and you can tell. He told me they have been in business for 22 years. I wanted to try this spot out since I’ve heard their food is very good. I got the last few kolaches by luck I guess and wow they were so delicious.

You got to see it to believe it !! Southern Maid Donuts have breakfast sandwich that is huge i mean 👀 at picture #1 & #2 then compare to picture #3.Picture #3 is the size of the McMuffin plus eggs are not imitation. All with a Southern Homestyle taste 👅. plus Several different types of donuts and kolaches.. Come check them out !!

Went there before 6 a.m. — the bread was hot, fluffy, and super tasty! This bakery definitely deserves more attention!
