Southern Maid Donuts

I bought a ham, cheese kolache with egg. It did not taste very good at all. I’m not sure what the issue was. I took two bites of it & put it back in the bag. Years ago Southern maid would make there Kolaches home maid made fresh with quality ingredients. Again, not sure what changed here, other than ownership.?

Stopped in late morning. And selection was down. But all they had were fresh and they freshly filled one jelly donut for us. Stopped in again and had a breakfast taco. It's huge. Simply a small burrito. Very filling. One is enough. Some more donuts and a ham and cheese kolache. Coffee is hot. Bot only creamer available (not milk) so had to buy one of these.

The food is awesome! So flavorful and we'll worth the price. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The establishment is kept very clean and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely returning again.

I got up at 7:00 am as usual and I went to grab breakfast on the way to work. So, I ate my breakfast on the drive to work its about a hour away. By the time I clocked in and got started my stomach was starting to feel really bad! I tried to continue working but it kept getting worse so around 3 hours at work I became very sick I went to the mens room where I vomited a couple time only thing in my stomach that came up was the 2 kolaches and stomach acid, for the next 30 to 45 minutes I fought as to which end needed that toilet. I was blowing out both ends. So, I finally got myself under control and throughout my day I visited the mens room about 4 maybe 5 times before I went to my boss and asked for the remainder of the day off. I had food poisoning!! I ordered a ham and cheese croissant with jalapeños, I wanted American cheese but this is what I received . I could’ve made this at home. keep your money !
