Southern Chef #3

Toady around 10:15am I stopped by this gas station to have some breakfast, but they already had started their lunch. Even though the store was quiet busy one of the little girl on a cashier asked me to wait for 10 minutes to have my breakfast plate & exactly after 10 minutes she handed me the plate with scrambled eggs, biscuit&gravy and fried potatoes. The food was fresh & amazing. Great costumer service.

This is a gas station, convenience store, and restaurant all rolled into one location. The gas is a little more expensive than places you find in town but still reasonable based on the location. The store has all the snacks, drinks, and other items you would find at similar stores. The restaurant serves southern style foods. I had the meatloaf and chicken gizzards and both were really good, especially the gizzards. I will visit again.

We originally were looking for pizza, but we walked in it was a shock, the store was extremely clean and well organized and the food looked mouth watering! Friends got the chicken strip and was in awe. I ended up choosing the triple Chipotle bacon cheeseburger and was not disappointed!! Absolutely mouth-watering!! Best part was one of the workers hand makes the Chipotle and ranch!!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Mayo in the Mac and cheese cause they won’t use cream. Everything is unseasoned and bland, the only decent food is from a fryer or on the front grill. It’s a waste of money when you take a bite and throw it out, and honestly most of you can cook way better at home. You’re better off doing that and hiring someone to wash your dishes, it would be cheaper.

We got delivery and it was awful. We got a Philly cheesesteak and they left off the cheese, tomato, and lettuce. The steak on it had big gristly chunks that were inedible. We got a patty melt and the “toasted garlic Texas toast” wasn’t toasted or garlic at all. And the melted cheese sauce was just a small circle on the bread. We’ve eaten at another southern chef location and it was good. This location was just a waste of money.
