We walked in with our Son and Daughter-in-Law all of us on our first visit. A warm welcome on a Wednesday Evening just as the venue was getting busier. Tempted by the menu online we were not disappointed. There’s a good selection of beers on tap and if none of them take your fancy there’s more in the fridge. For those looking for soft drinks there’s a good selection as well. We chose a mix of ribs, turkey, sausage, slaw and Mac-n-cheese to share. We were not disappointed and with the portion sizes we just about managed to get through. Single serving of the fruit cobbler between the four of us. Give this place a try … it’s well worth seeking out

came to this restaurant around 3:30 PM on a Sunday. It wasn’t too crowded, and the decorations were fantastic. There’s a large merch wall and a selection of spices you can buy as gifts, which adds to the experience. I ordered the 4-meat combo and chose the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and burnt ends. For sides, I went with mac and cheese and beans, and for bread I chose the garlic bread. All of this came out to $42 pre-tax, which I think is a pretty good deal. The brisket was my favorite—very fatty and smoky, exactly what I look for in good BBQ. The burnt ends were extremely salty and heavily sauced. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but they’re a bit hard to eat on their own because of how salty they are. I think they’d be much better paired with a piece of bread. The ribs were a lit

Decided to try this for dinner and got the half pound of brisket and two sides, with a pure leaf sweet tea. It was not at all worth the $40. The brisket was lean and dry. The coleslaw had apples and was vinegar based, which wasn't my favorite. The cornbread was more bread than anything, and I didn't have more than a bite of it. I was also served to go even though I wasn't asked if I wanted to stay or not, and didn't even get to go utensils. Disappointing all together.

Authentic Texan BBQ served in a casual but charming backyard setting, perfect for relaxed summer night dining. Yummy fall-off-the-bone pork ribs and slow-smoked brisket with a rich bark and juicy center, sliced to perfection. Both items are highly recommended.

The brisket was excellent, so delicious. Perfectly cooked, tender and fell apart. The baked potato was huge and enough for three people. A warning though, to people sensitive to spicy food like I am: Pretty much everything else was hot. We ordered the not spicy option on everything. The meat wasn't hot but pretty much everything else was. Barbeque sauce and the baked beans (the hottest!) and potato salad were very spicy. Who spices up potato salad like that? This is a barbeque place, not a Mexican food restaurant where one expects spicy food. I wanted to try the mac salad next time but am reluctant because of the spice factor. Be warned.
