On Sunday August 13, 2023 in the afternoon hours I had to use the Porto potty. To my shocking surprise the toilet was full to the rim with garbage and excrement . It was utterly disgusting and likely a breeding ground for disease. There was no toilet paper, soap, and sanitizer inside. This needs to be reported to the parks department immediately to address this issue for the safety of our community.
It's always a fun place to go hiking...
