This was not far from Martin Luther King site. We ordered the fried fish, wings, Mac n cheese which was delicious, oxtail, pinto beans greens, yams, rice, peach cobbler. And I will say everything was tasty. The fish and wings are fried to order so you get it nice and hot. Dont expect a fancy place. This is a hole in the wall place serving some good old southern food. The peach cobbler was memorable. It was hands down delicious. The best Mac n cheese, creamy and well seasoned. I would definitely go there again. Plenty of parking and 2 seater tables.

Family owned delicious soul food. Stopped by for breakfast and was not disappointed. The whiting was DELICIOUSLY seasoned, crispy and hot. Come support this neighborhood gem. Granddaughter is making Mama Jackson proud! You see those homemade "hand patted" biscuits!?! *THIS* is Southern traditional cooking! 😋🩵

Definitely one of the best soul food places I’ve ever eaten at not just in Georgia, but in the entire United States!!!!!! Just know that you have never eaten real soul food unless you visit this restaurant. The best of the best. I ordered the mac n cheese, green beans and fried whiting w/ cornbread. I chose the banana pudding for dessert. 10/10 I RECOMMEND!

Food salt, 3 out 10. Two plates. Meat salt. Side reasonably but not your grandma's place. Catfish nuggets, tails just tails. Not worth $45 or more dollars. Trouble first time in ATL. Bad, bad started.
