South Brunswick Public Library

Overall, my experience with this library has usually been very good. I regularly bring my daughter here, and she normally has a great time. The classes are well organized, and the environment is generally positive. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The librarian—an older woman with long blonde hair—behaved in a completely unacceptable manner toward my daughter and my friend’s children. She was yelling at the kids and speaking to them harshly. The children were visibly scared, which should never happen in a library, especially during children’s activities. She repeatedly screamed at the kids about tidying up toys they had not even played with, while singling out only our children. This behavior was unprofessional, unfair, and very disappointing. The South Brunswick Library is an amazing community resource! The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely passionate about making sure you have a great experience. The library has a great selection of books, digital resources, and educational programs for all ages. The space is clean, organized, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to study or read. They also host a variety of fun events and workshops, which makes it a great spot for both learning and entertainment. It's so good that I even bribe my children to do their chores just so I can take them there—they absolutely love it! Highly recommend this library for anyone in the area!

This is the perfect place to study, it's got such a calm environment. It also has millions of free to use resource's and is completely easily acquirable. I definitely recommend going here.

very nice place, Its been almost 3 months in South Brunswick but I missed this place. Nice staff they went above and beyond to help and me kids. Very courtesy and polite. I never such staff from any other place who serve community. Thank you so much. Huge selection of books in different languages. You can donate books here.

It is a great place for book lovers. Buzzing environment with a lot of local residents browsing books and enriching them with the rare nuggets of knowledge. The collection of books is also good. You can find really good titles of books from variety of topics in this library. Major attraction in this library is a special section for the kids. A very spacious section for the kids has an awesome collection for children of all ages. Then home work sections in the library provide special facility to the students to assemble and collaborate on their homeworks.
