The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. I tried the avocado toast, and it was delicious—perfectly seasoned with red pepper flakes and hemp hearts on sprouted bread. The almond butter bowl was another standout, packed with fresh blueberries, cacao nibs, and creamy almond butter, making for a nutritious and satisfying treat. Their menu has a great selection of smoothies, acai bowls, and cold-pressed juices, all made with high-quality ingredients. I also love that they have self-order kiosks, making it easy to customize your order. Plus, the “Puppy Smoothie” option is such a fun touch for dog owners! Highly recommend stopping by

This is my favorite south block in dc next to the west end location. The staff here are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the food items here. The hospitality here makes me feel very welcomed and like family every time. Shoutout to the entire staff here including Darwin and Yancy they are both very awesome and deserve 10 stars! You guys are the best. Also my favorite is the warrior bowl! Keep up the amazing work here!🎉😊

South block had one of the most amazing smoothie bowls I have tried. I ordered the dragonfruit smoothie bowl and it was amazing especially its beautiful pink color. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

I visit the Pike location constantly, and it’s always very pleasant. Today I took a moment to observe a blonde girl named Ailin, every time I come in, she has such great energy, and that positive energy truly spreads to the customers. As I mentioned before, I come frequently and there are usually two or three people on the line, but today she was working alone and still prepared my orders much faster than when there are three or more people. She’s very quick; she even offered to pack my order to go herself. She’s a sweetheart! I’m not sure if she’s the new manager of the store, because I always see her on top of everything cleaning, organizing, and guiding her coworkers. It’s so great to be helped by people who clearly love and value their work. Once again, I can say this is my favorite l
