South 401 Restaurant

Located downtown. Food was great, not over seasoned. There are pies and cookies you can eat or take home. And they make coffee as well, using Fosters brand coffee. Good service and the staff know the locals. There is parking in the back, and an entrance.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and cozy, welcoming vibes. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern and homey — a spot you could just as easily bring a laptop to work or catch up with a friend over coffee. Speaking of coffee: incredible. Very mediocre food at the restaurant. We stopped for Sunday morning breakfast with two kids the service was very good but the food was just okay. The meat and cheese in my omelette seem to be very low quality especially the cheese. One of the kids ordered macaroni and cheese they brought out a bowl of Kraft dinner. Not impressed. The corned beef hash comes from a can. Meh.

Food is fantastic. Breakfast and lunch is both wonderful. The staff is not that pleasant so we avoid going much. The parking is bad in the back and only 1 extremely small handicap parking spot. No room on one side because of a huge curb and absolutely no room for a wheelchair ramp if needed. I would give it less stars, but as I said the food is delicious.

Attentive service and excellent food! I splurged and had 1 Cinnamon Roll Pancake and it was AMAZING!! Topped with cream cheese icing, totally recommend on a cheat day, lol!
