The staff is always friendly. The frontier fries are so delicious and my go to every time. Amazing staff that always listens to you and recommends different things if you are not sure what you want. Service is amazing and the atmosphere is always lively.

We stopped here on our way back from a trip to Garland. First, let me say, as a lifelong Texan, I must admit, I may be the only person in the state that absolutely HATES BBQ. But, this? This food is, well, there are no words to describe just how delicious this food actually is. I have eaten every kind of BBQ there is in Texas, from homemade to all the small time to big name restaurants. I have traveled to many states and tried their BBQ. Now, I realize that I don't hate BBQ. I just never had GREAT BBQ. My husband had the 3 meat plate with sides and I had a 2 meat bowl with hand cut fries, beans, bacon, cheese, and jalapeño ranch BBQ sauce. We also took a 3 meat plate with sides to go for our son. Healthy? Absolutely not. But, oh my goodness, what a treat! And it didn't cost nearly as much

Got together with family for a holiday lunch! Food was great and staff very kind and welcoming! Nice size portions .... my leftovers were even better!!!

Great customer service. Excellent food always fresh. I have to stop in frequently to get my brisket fix. The sides are always good. I ate most before I thought to take a picture, buy you gotta try for yourself 😊

This is about as it good as it gets when we’re craving bbq. I always by 2 chicken 1/2’s and a pound of lean sliced brisket. Order an another container of sauce because you don’t want to run out. Any time we see a Soulmans, we stop and either eat or get some to go. The sides aren’t great but I can fix those at home.
