Ordered on door dash. This is single handedly the most appallingly bad food I have ever ordered! How can this restaurant in good conscience charge money for this! This is the saddest Liberian food I have ever seen. Look at this fufu and peanut butter soup! Both went straight in the trash, completely inedible, not to mention ice cold. The palm butter and egusi was barely any better. Nothing was cooked correctly. And apparently door dash here doesn't give money back for quality issues, which makes no sense, so I am unable to get my money back for this. Disgusting. This place should be shut down. Saddest part is I ordered this for my daughter's birthday meal.

I usually get my potato greens from le mandingue but I recently moved so I figured I give this place a try. Their potato greens and fufu definitely didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the flavor, the only thing i didn’t like about it was pieces in the greens I couldn’t really chew. The fufu was also good - it didn’t stick to my fingers like other fufu I had in the past so I was happy about that. I also got white rice and I wish it came with their pepper sauce that usually comes with their platters. Other than that, I will probably go back again.

I didn't pay for stale food. I couldn't enjoy my food coz it smelled so bad🤮. Whoever made this and packaged it, you can obviously smell it. It's extremely inconsiderate to sell it to your customers. Everything is going in the trash.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for well over 10years I want to say about a year ago they switch owners. They had a young African gentlemen in there cooking initially when the new owners took over and his food was just like the old owners maybe even better. Although the wait was usually long I don’t mind waiting for quality food. This past week I got food from here and the quality was poor I ate to say. I travel about a hour and half to get the food from relocating out of Philly some years ago and I was disappointedz atteike was soft almost grits like and snapper was small. I spend the least every time I go 100 bucks to make it worth the trip. Not bashing the restaurant at all just want quality food to be better because it’s my favorite go to.

This is my new favorite spot!!! The employees were so friendly and welcoming and had such pleasant attitude. I tired the Palava soup with fufu and let me tell you 10/10 I normally get cassava leaf but after finding this gem I will be leveling up my taste buds 😋
