Order the fried shrimp bowl with sweet potatoes and Mac n Cheese. Also had sweet chillies wings and Oreo Cheesecake

O tried Soul Bowls at the People’s Bank Arena stand and it was amazing. I’m a vegetarian and got the Mac and cheese, candied yams, and rice and the flavors- WOW! The rice was so flavorful, the candied yams were delicious, and the mac and cheese was fantastic. I’m looking forward to my next visit at their store front location. Give them a try!

Got the build your own bowl with soil rice, grilled chicken yams, Mac and cheese and collard greens. It was amazing, good size portions.

I’ve been here to this location at least 4 times. If I’d judge off my first time here it would be a perfect 5. However nothing ever lived up to that first experience. HOWEVER this place is STILL Excellent. Anytime I’m in the area I’m thinking about a Soul Bowl. They got me in a headlock and I don’t want to be free. The two times I ordered ahead I still had to wait when I got there and so the service stars take a hit for that. The very last time I was there some of the chicken wasn’t to my liking and the double “krack” may have been a single serving. However this place does it right. Let’s get to the yams.. AMAZING! I did a build your own bowl with them and I got chicken bites, collard greens, rice and yams. The chicken taste good and everything else was bland. Hopefully this was an off day because the last time I had them they were better! The soul roll was great too!
