Soul Boat

This is the worst food restaurant i have ever been to in my life. First of all, the food tastes horrible and its not safe to eat here at all. I ordered three (3) orders of oxtail combo and i was about to eat and i saw roaches in my food. I can’t believe that this restaurant is still selling if they sell food as horrible as this. I have been in the restroom since two days straight for food poisioning. Please for health reasons DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE!!! I had to waste my food and i deserve to get my money back to be honest. The very First and last time shopping here!!!

I ordered a sweet potato pie and I was extremely disappointed. It did not taste like a traditional African American Sweet Potato pie. The pie didn't have nutmeg and cinnamon. They put too much vanilla flavoring. I will not order food from here again.

Tried to cheat me at the register. Clearly they think people are too stupid to realize they're short changing. The cashier literally rounded up my order total instead of using the register. Technically I should've paid $28.67. She tried to charge me $30 & I handed her cash so there was no extra fee. When challenged she pretended that all the menus had the wrong price for what I ordered to justify the action but did give at least $1 back. I guess they don't carry change which I didn't make a stink about but technically I was owed that too. It's principle, you don't just round up totals in business. Also Triple check your order. You only get 6 scallops with the combo I ordered & they decided to serve this burnt one anyway . Just a shriveled burnt inedible ball so really they served me 5/6.

My mom just recently moved to Willingboro and we have started eating here frequently. I’ve gotten the large whiting fish sandwich and tried the cakes. I definitely recommend this place the fish is always crispy and fried fresh. The woman at the counter stated the business has been open for 13 years same location. I see a lot of people in and out very busy

Pretty bland, not much flavor. Soggy fries. I would be shocked it any of this was homemade. Seems like someone probably googled “what is soul food” then started a restaurant. The food isn’t gross, I did finish my plate but there is no reason to order from here over any other place in the area.
