Fresh, local dishes. A menu you won't see anywhere else. We had the grouper basket, hot, delicious and prepared to order. You walk in, grab yourself a menu from the basket, help yourself to a beverage (adult and sodas), then find a seat. The waitress will come by and take your order. It's not fast food, but it's very tasty. I gave service 3 stars only because there was only one woman, and she was running around as fast as she could. It's on the way across the Everglades, if you're going for a boat ride or fishing, stop in!

I eat here all the time! I’ve purchased their steak sandwich before and so I ordered it again! Only to be sooo disappointed. This time it was not real steak, it looked like steakumm! There was hardly any “steak”. she asked if I wanted everything on it, so I asked what cones on it? She stated lettuce, tomatoes, potato chip fries, onions, mayo and mustard. I asked for no mustard! The sandwich was full of cold cut up yellow cheese (I can’t eat cheese), peppers (never mentioned it comes on it) and my sandwich was COLD so cold the chunks of cheese were whole. Mind you I waited 20 mins. Everything in Miami is pretty far so no I didn’t drive back to return it. Don’t plan on going back. I walked in as a normal human and walked out a new species entirely — a highly satisfied, food-powered superbeing. The food hits so hard I’m convinced the chefs trained in a secret underground flavor dojo. One bite of the lechón and I saw my ancestors doing salsa in the clouds. The portions are so massive I started debating whether I needed a forklift to get back to my car. And the juices? OH. MY. GOD. This place has totally transformed from when they 1st opened. I walked in completely surprised. It looks like a high end brasserie rather than a cafeteria, like you'd expect. I got service rather quickly and was able to sample foods I'd never seen before. Like shredded Turkey. It was so good I ordered 3 different plates to take home to my family. I was supposed to cook that night but after that taste test, it was over for the hubby and kids. Ishmael helped me with a big order I needed to place for an upcoming event and he was SUPER HELPFUL. I would recommend this establishment 100%. My picky teenager does too, lol.

Great place for Cuban food! Always fresh and fast! Super attentive and will go out of their way to make you happy! I love their vaca frita, yuca (soooo good!), moros, chicharrones, arroz imperial, and black beans! I’ve had them all.
