Sonora Grill Taco Shop

We've been twice now and each time is delicious! Very nice owner! Clean seating and clean bathroom! 😁 We've had the torta,sopes, burrito and sorono special taco! All wonderful! Everything was also made as we ordered so fresh! Awesome beans as well! The sauces and onions are awesome get that for sure! Made in house! Lemonade, hibiscus and tamarind drinks are also delicious 😋 🤤 Highly recommend this place!

The owner Arturo greeted me and showed me the wonderful salsa set up with all the fixings. I grew up in Tucson, AZ and studied Spanish, so we talked about the differences in regional cuisines throughout the Spanish speaking countries and Mexico itself. The food is stellar and we look forward to seeing his food in Starland Yard in downtown Savannah. There's a lot of love put into the food and the portions are huge. Thank you! I joined four of my girlfriends for our first experience at the Sonora Grill Taco Shop. All of our lunches were excellent, made to order. We all raved about the guacamole. The restaurant is very clean. Arturo, the owner, is friendly, courteous and cares about his customers, which will now include us for the future.

Wow!!!! The gentleman that came to the register was so welcoming. Great customer service. Very genuine! I told him to recommend something. I had the Sonora Special (chicken). That was the best taco I've ever tasted! There is a variety of fresh salsas to choose from. Everything was fresh, delicious and authentic.

First time visiting! Owner was very good about explaining the menue and describing the food. Offered me a taste test of his drinks made on location. He was very hands on with the preparation and packaging of the food to make sure it was all done properly. Ordered the burrito and the taco special both steak. The steak on both were tender and very well flavored. The burrito was huge and tasty. The taco special was very good and the sauce that was given with both was a very nice addition. I will go back and strongly suggest to others to try out this local restaurant!
