Sonoma Grill

The place is nice. Unfortunately when the Hotel has events, they are understaffed and that reflects on everything else. We were there for dinner on Feb 15th and they had one server for the entire restaurant. The waitress did everything she could. But the stress was obvious. Food was not in the right time. Appetizer were served after the meals. The server pushed the special for the night which was over priced for the portions. And flavor wasn't not the best. Management needs to pay attention to the personnel work schedule.

Their buffet is $25 and to get an omelet you have to get the buffet, you can't just order an omelet. Not really sure it was worth what I paid. Did have the breakfast tacos one morning and they were pretty good. Final morning I didn't have breakfast - just stopped by to get a cup of coffee. 1 to go cup of plain black coffee cost me $5. Again - not bad food but not really sure worth the cost.

I stay at a lot of Hilton properties for work and this Doubletree is really nice and the added bonus was the Sonoma Grill located inside. I stopped in for breakfast had the delicious Ranchos Hueveros, everyone was very friendly and overall it was a great breakfast. Thx.

I ordered the chimichurri chicken..... The chicken was way overcooked which made it super dry and those grill marks pretty much burned both pieces. The potatoes and veggies were decent.

Got the honey wings appetizers. Very good the sauce was a little sweet but balanced well. Good little snack
