Sonny's BBQ

Happy food happy place. I recommend Sonny's BBQ. The service was speedy quick. The baked beans are exactly the taste when you have a family reunion, attend a potluck, or have at home dinner. Coleslaw was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and had a pleasant flavor. The pulled pork was plenty and taste was wonderful. I did not try the bbq sauces at the table but I've been eating at Sonny's for well over 40 yrs. I do miss the salad bar but know everyone has done away with them. The other plates ordered with my party all were presented perfectly and everyone enjoyed them as well. I tried the strawberry lemonade and it was sweet and refreshing.

Yall food was amazing as usual I had apple bacon burger was so tender and omg hits the spot. Sit at the bar she is great and funny always smiling

Food didn't disappoint. Although some staff should be coached on grooming. There was a young guy standing on the back smoking with his dreads matted, his clothes looked like he had never wash them. Smh I wondering if he was anywhere around my food. I just blessed my food and went on. Ribs were pretty good. Look out for him make sure he don't fix your food.

My first and likely last experience with Sonny's is this. My family ordered to go for me when they dined in, and I saved mine to reheat later. My order was pulled pork, brisket, baked beans, and okra. This brisket is mostly fat. My beans were mostly sauce. I recieved sliced pork instead of pulled pork, which I didnt care for so I gave it away. The okra was fantastic, even reheated. But the rest of the meal was a bitter disappointment.

The food was ok. There were hard sharp bones in my beans. Hurt my teeth and gums. I understand mistakes happen but its the customer who pays for it. Do better
