Sonic Drive-In

Sunday 2/22/26 I came to this Sonic location to get a late night snack After pulling up to the stall and pushing the button I waited a few minutes When it was answered I was told “please go to drive that’s where the only carhop is” I was the only car on the parking lot this isn’t the first time in the past month an it seems to be the tall blonde manager or the guy I’m assuming is a manger But this time I start to pull around the manager was outside making out with a guy I thought it was very unprofessional I decided to not waste my money at this location a went to a local gas station I’ve come to the tough decision recently due to this last visit and refuse to go to this location after 6pm Due to The unprofessionalism of the management and also comments that I’ve personally heard from the

Just ordered food here. They brought out a small when we ordered a medium. The carhop was super rude and then on top of that just offered to charge us for a second one at the medium size. This is not the first time we've had problems at this sonic.

Foods good, but it doesn’t help that you gotta wait half an hour just to get it. If they were busy I’d make sense.

Typical Sonic shake, but the guy taking the orders does not listen. I ordered something specific that is listed on the menu and he rang it in incorrectly and charged extra. You might need to retrain your people.

I’m not wanting to usually complain, but this place has issues. I ordered a wrap, a groovy fry and a lemonade. I got my food. The first time in the drive-through and all they gave me was like a medium fry and then I told the lady about it and drove off without looking at what they had given me again and when I opened it up, it didn’t have groovy sauce just a large fry, so I pulled back around and told her it was wrong again and she said sarcastically I guess you want sauce then and I’m like yes that’s what I paid for! The kitchen looked like it was a mess and the sarcasm really irritated me. Usually, I just let this kind of stuff go, but after having it corrected twice and it’s still not being right irritates me.
