Sonic Drive-In

Honestly I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered my food. Waited 30 minutes. Got my food. Went home. Realized I had the wrong food. Was extremely nice about it. Still got wrong food. And they give me attitude?????? Like I've been nice this whole time and this is how I get treated. Thats insane. Ill go to the other side of town before I return here.

No one answers at the menu board. Then when you wrap around to go to the drive-through, they have an attitude like they don’t wanna take orders and there was literally four cars In total. I’ve been in customer service 15 years and I don’t treat nobody like that. No matter how busy And understaffed I am. Do better

Ordered tots with Groovy sauce, a pretzel (that comes with cheese sauce and it literally said it on the order), and a frito wrap. Tell me why I got two SYRUPS and no cheese or Groovy sauce?

I normally don't write bad reviews even if they need one but.. ordered a chicken basket waited almost 30 min..... asked for onion rings...got tater tots (didn't even get the ONE onion ring that was supposed to come with it anyways) my chicken was overcooked.. and not even enough gravy to dip my toast twice my carhop was very polite thou!

Pretty sure these people are parking their cars in the stalls to make it look like they are busy. Also like all the other reviews say, this place is pretty mid.
