Sonic Drive-In

Waited 15 minutes and never got anyone to take our order. Watched multiple cars leave for the same reason. Had to go to three different stands just to get one that worked. Horrible experience. Sad the service is so bad in a town this small with so few options. New to Wachula but won't be back again.

I called and told them I was missing items and had pressed the buzzer over 15 mins ago. The guy who answered hung up and refused to answer the call again. They forgot my two blast and when I asked for a refund on those items, they wanted everything else back. Processed refund but the customer service was terrible. Spent over 30 mins for this crap!

I called to let them know I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from them and the lady was like yeah no I don't think so but hope you feel better

I don’t know what you guys were doing October 21 at 7:30 PM with your slushy’s but they were absolutely disgusting. There was a rancid taste to all three of the ones I ordered absolutely disgusting $12 wasted cause they were all three unedible.🤢

Location is nice halfway point from Arcadia to winter haven areas. Lots of places to pull in but service was very slow for 3pm on a weekday. Hit the button as soon as you come in. Took a half an hour from pull up to pull out with our food. Good was yummy but, Pretty greasy. The chicken tenders do not look like photos on signage, they are small. My favorite drink is Ocean Water which is like a blue sprite. There’s no more “happy hour”. Years ago you could get drinks and slushies half off from 3-5ish.
