Ordered a cheeseburger, said no lettuce or ketchup and a medium coke. (Not sure what was going on in there hut i tried to order a jr cheeseburger deluxe but I couldnt get a full sentence across the mic.) When I got my food I was given a cold beef patty cheese not even melted, with ketchup and lettuce, but missing the onion.
This was the best service I have ever had it took maybe one minute and the drinks tasted amazing
Food is usually good and service is always friendly. My one complaint is that I always order my drinks with easy ice. It doesn’t matter if I order in the app or the drive thru, 9 times out of 10 I end up with extra ice. I don’t want to pay for a cup full of ice.
Who can mess up a Cherry Limeaid? These guys can. A whole (large) cup of ice, add a (very) little cherry color, sprite & 4 pieces of lime. Ta-da 😐 worst cherry limeade ever. It wouldn't have irritated me if I didn't go there just for that. How much did I pay for a whole cup of ice? Too much.
Ordered through red button and payed, was told it didn't go through and their wifi was up and down so gave them my card. When I got home it turns out both charges went through. Tried talking to sonic text line but they said they can't refund me so I just ended up paying twice for my food
