Sonic Drive-In

I used my app to make my purchase after I had arrived here, my order was processed quickly and I was out of there in no time with a friendly car hop that smiled and thanks for tip and have great weekend. Nice to have service from people that aren't grumpy they are working on a weekend.

They try really hard to get your order right and to pleasantly greet you. If something isn't right, just tell the car hop and they will try to fix anything not right.

Service is flat unacceptable. Ordered online. Checked in to the stall. The place had 3-4 cars onsite when we got there. 30 minutes later our food showed up. The tater tots were cold fries were cold. Corn dogs were hot though. Slow service seems to be the norm at this sonic. It’s apparent they are short staffed. Sonic owner, loosens your purse strings and hire some people!!

Edit jun 2... 10 minutes to get a drink only, place is practically dead. Probably got missed but dang What is this?

This is one of the worst Sonics around. Service is always slow and the food is never right. It takes forever, even if you order on the app first. Its mainly staffed with kids that have no work experience or ethics. Every time I go I say I'm not going back but I do and I end up disappointed again. It shouldn't take 20-30 mins for a bag of ice. Several years ago we would eat there a lot but we seldom go because of the quality, lettuce never looks fresh and service takes forever. Their speaker system seems to be broken all the time also so they have to come out to your car to take your order. If they would block it, it would be more convenient for customers not to have to back out and find a new sall with a working speaker. I guess the owners don't care.
